Hazards to your safety in mountain biking exist
such as, but not limited to:
poorly maintained trails
obstacles
other riders
mountain lions and other creatures with teeth
equipment failures
getting lost
medical emergencies in remote areas
While we try to help you manage these risks, they
still exist. So, don't ride unless you are ready to be responsible for
yourself, and don't sic a lawyer on us if you get hurt. Sadly, we must
require that you sign a release before taking a class...Be sure to check
with your doctor if you are new to vigorous exercise, especially if you
are over 35 or under a doctor's care.
